The British cycling brand Albion just launched its A/W20 collection with major updates and brand new products. The company is still using fabrics adhering to the Global Recycled Standard or bluesign® approved.

The Albion cycling range is made for cycling in all weather conditions. Their approach is focused on user experience and on how their cycling kits can improve the riding experience in changeable conditions. The result is functional gear with practical features designed to protect riders on the road.

Another adjective that best describe their brand vision is responsibility. The Albion team takes very seriously the impact that their activity have on the planet and try to minimise it where they can: with products that last, no use of plastic in packaging and the use of sustainable fabric solutions. They also offer free lifetime repairs on all their products.

For the A/W20 collection they introduced three new products:

Albion’s first pair of Winter Tights which utilise three different performance recycled fabrics that gives the user high comfort, warmth and articulation for rinding in cold weather conditions. Another key feature is the two reflective strip, perfect to increase the visibility of the rider at night.

The long Sleeve Merino Base Layer made with merino wool is highly effective to remain insulated and prevent moisture while being soft on the skin and durable.

The Zoa versatility insulated jacket is designed for both off and on bike use. It is made using Clo™ Eco Vivo recycled breathable insulation and a bluesign® approved recycled nylon outer fabric and lining. Perfect for cold weather, this new jacket is ward, weather resistant and features all technical details you need when riding or spending time in the outdoors.

The brand also updated a few of its signature products such as it’s Long Sleeve Jersey, the bike Rain Jacket, the Insulated Jacket and the Insulated Gilet which you can find on Albion’s website. What transpires through this A/W20 collection is Albion’s evolution and desire to expand beyond cycling to become a brand made for all forms of outdoor expeditions such as climbing, trail running and more. This objective is well represented by their brand new Zoa jacket that is made as much for riding then just spending time outdoors.

The collection is available here.
