Fasunaa : Can you please introduce yourself ?
Ndwc0 : My name is Abid, and I am 21 Years old. Originally born in London, and now I reside in Essex.
F : When did you start ndwc0 ?
N : I officially started this page in 2017 as somewhat of a mood board to share photos of my personal collection, and items that I had up for sale in my collection. As it grew, I decided to focus the content on items I was selling.
F : What was your purpose and how did you start?
N : There was no specific purpose when I started. I was always into clothes and as a student with no income, I had to sell pieces to make money for new pieces I wanted. Eventually, I managed to build a collection that helped me start this page.
F : What do all the products you sell have in common ? Do you have any specific criteria ?
N : I like to focus on brands that I would wear myself, as that helps when it comes to sourcing the pieces I put up for sale. I never focus on any specific criteria as it can cause me to pass up on something that would be great for the page. Instead, I like to have a variety of items that allows everyone to purchase something, no matter their size, budget, style etc.
F : What are your inspirations in terms of fashion?
N : I always look for functionality in any of the pieces I collect/wear. My main sources of inspiration are honestly movies, tv shows, old magazines and runway shows especially. I then like to experiment myself, and see what works for me.
F : What is the product that you most regret having sold ?
N : I never regret selling anything, as there’s always a reason why I’ll decide to sell something, especially if it’s a piece from my personal collection. Although, a piece that I always go back to look for is the Martin Margiela SS1989 Trompe L’Oeil Tattoo Top, as it’s such an important piece and definitely worth holding onto.
F : Do you have any project for the future ?
N : Right now, I’m just focusing on work and the page. Any plans made have either been delayed, or put off due to Covid.
